REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUPOnline registration will remain open right up until 5 minutes before race time. Race shirts are guaranteed to everyone who registers by January 10, 2025. Extra shirts (if any) will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Packet pickup race morning will start at 7:30 a.m. at Mill Village Trailhead, 109 Eve St., Augusta, GA 30901.
Registration prices
- 5K or 10K without a shirt are $20 through race day
- 5K with a shirt is $20 through 10/31/2024, $25 through January 10, 2025 and $30 through race day
- 10K with a shirt is $20 through 10/31/2024, $30 through January 10, 2025 and $35 through race day
Note: All runners who register by January 10, 2025 will be guaranteed to receive an official race shirt! Extra shirts (if any) will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis until they are gone.Age Groups and AwardsAge Groups are 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 + male and female plus top 3 overall. Awards will be determined closer to the event date.

CHARITY
MAD HATTER FARMS is designing a 25 acre farm in Harlem, Georgia to be a safe haven for not only neglected and surrendered animals, but also a place where children who have medical/special needs or difficulties in life can visit and feel independent, involved, and one with our environment.
We discovered the power of our atmosphere, and how nature can do amazing things for these kids.
Our bio son has cerebral palsy and nonverbal/wheelchair dependent. Our adopted son was total vent tracheotomy but defied odds, now running around like a typical 5yr old boy.
Our sweet Cassie, who came from foster care, we took in as a terminally ill baby. Although she defied all odds and lived two remarkable years, Cassie took her last breath July 9th, 2022.
Fueled by the positive changes we've seen in our biological, foster, and adopted kids, and our mission to honor the memory of our beautiful daughter, we have created Mad Hatter Farm and Rescue, with the plans of opening Cassie's Care Farm in 2023.
Our goals for Mad Hatter Farm and Rescue:
1) Make ourselves available to those in our community who are searching for a safe place to land for their sick, injured, elderly, or simply unwanted animals.
2) Provide comprehensive medical care from nose to tail including vaccinations, bloodwork, deworming, dental care, hoof care, chiropractic work, and everything in between.
Our goals for Cassie's Care Farm:
1) Design and create an easily accessible, interactive farm experience, complete with a Butterfly Garden, Sensory Green House, Petting Area, Gardening Boxes and more.
2) Provide a safe, inclusive environment for foster kids, special needs kids, and any others to come connect with nature and experience the healing that comes from life on the farm.
